Refund Principles (Brief Version)
- Unused/Not Activated:Usually eligible for refund (subject to order terms).
- Activated or Used:Generally not refundable, but troubleshooting and resend options available.
- Carrier policies and prices may change; refer to order page at time of purchase.
How to Submit After-sales Request

- Country/City
- Error screenshot (eSIM status page/error message)
