Device Compatibility
Confirm your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
Supported Devices
Most eSIM-enabled smartphones are compatible with our services:
- iPhone: iPhone XS and later
- Android: Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later
- Others: Select models from Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, etc.
Unsupported Devices
The following device types are currently not supported:
- MiFi / Pocket Wi-Fi: Portable hotspot devices
- CPE: Customer Premise Equipment
- Routers: Home or commercial routers
How to Confirm Compatibility
Follow these steps before purchasing:
- Search for "Add eSIM" in phone settings
- If the option is available, your device supports eSIM
- You can also check for eSIM options under Settings → Mobile Network
